Workout Flow:

Athletes will begin standing behind the start line. At the call of “3, 2, 1… go,” they will move forward to complete 75 double-unders, get into the running zone followed by a 400-meter run. After the run, they will perform 15 lateral burpees over a 48 cm Bench.

They will then return to the rope for a second set of 75 double-unders,get into the running zone complete another 400-meter run, and finish the round with 15 dual kettlebell hang-to-overhead reps.

This sequence is repeated for three full rounds.

 

Double Unders

– Rope must pass under the feet twice per jump.

– If scaled, athletes will complete 50 Double Unders per set.
Lateral Burpee Over Object (48 cm)

– Chest and thighs must touch the ground.

– Jump must be lateral and clearly pass over the object. Two-foot takeoff not required.
Dual Kettlebell Hang to Overhead

– Both kettlebells start from the hang position (above the knees, below the hips).

– Reps may be performed as Dual KB hang clean and jerk, or Dual KB hang snatch.

– Full lockout required: knees, hips, elbows extended and kettlebells stacked over shoulders.
