Workouts
Format:
10:00 AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible)
Teams will play CORNHOLE with bags and boards. Teams decide their own throwing order.
One athlete tosses at a time, others wait.
Workout Description
Athlete throws a sandbag at the cornhole board:
Bag in the hole: Team earns 3 tire flips with a jump through the center of the tire. The thrower must jump into and out of the tire for each flip.
Bag on the board (not hole): Team earns 1 tire flip with a jump through the center of the tire. The thrower must jump into and out of the tire for that flip.
Miss (bag hits floor): Athlete completes 1 wheelbarrow shuttle run (25ft down + 25ft back) before returning.
Only one athlete throws at a time.
Team may strategize the order, but must rotate one athlete at a time.
Score is total completed tire flips in 10 minutes.
More Flips = Better
Format: Team Relay / Waterfall Style
Cap: 14 minutes
Score: Time when the 4th athlete successfully flips their final cup
Tie-Break: Time when the 4th athlete finishes their bike
Description:
Teams of 4 will work through this workout in a relay waterfall format. Each athlete must complete the full required amount of meters before the next teammate can begin that station. Teamwork, pacing, and transitions will be key.
Sequence for Each Athlete:
500m Ski Erg
500m Row
1000m Bike Erg
Flip 4 cups successfully
Flow:
Athlete 1 starts on the Ski Erg.
Once Athlete 1 finishes their ski, Athlete 2 may begin their ski while Athlete 1 moves to the rower.
Athletes continue advancing through their sequence, but no one may start a station until the teammate ahead of them has finished it.
Each athlete must complete all 4 stations in order.
The workout ends when the 4th athlete lands their final cup flip.
Judging Notes:
Machine distances must be completed in full before moving on.
Cup flips only count when the cup lands face-down on the table.
Athletes may not advance to the next movement until the previous athlete has cleared that station.

2. Max Ring Rows
3. Max Box Step Overs (20” for all athletes)
4. 5 Beer pong throw attempts

Format:
Team of 4
5:00 Time Cap
Score: Time to complete (or total items moved if capped)
Workout Description
At 3, 2, 1… GO! All four athletes must perform a team walking lunge buy-in while carrying Beary the Bear (our 6-foot mascot).
Rules for Beary: All four athletes must have a hand on Beary, and he must be carried with respect. If Beary is dropped, dragged, or disrespected, the judge will send the team back to the start to try again.
Once Beary makes it safely across the floor, teams begin the main event:
Every piece of equipment (sandbags, wreck bags, plates, box, KB, slam balls and the 3-person worm) must be moved from behind the starting line to the opposite side of the gym. Once all the implements have been moved from the start area to the drop zone the team must then complete a buy-out of another walking lunge while holding Beary the Bear. Once the first athlete has established both feet past the line the workout is completed.
