Standards
C2- Athlete Must Stay Standing for the Full Calorie Requirement, Judge Calls "Done" Before Athlete Steps Off.
Sled Push: 150' Total. Entrie Sled Must Cross Each Line Before Turning Around. Hands Must Stay on Handles.
Score- Time To Complete The Workout. If Cap is Reached, Score= Completed Calories + Sled Distance.
25'=1 Rep .
Each Athlete Muste Complete One Round Each. Not Allowed to Split The Work.

Each Athlete Will Have One Dumbbell For The Thrusters.
Toes-To-Bar Can Be Split However Between Both Athletes.
Calories Can Be Split However Between Both Athletes.
There is no Minimum Work Required for The Toes-To-Bar & The Calories on The Bike.
The Tie Break Will Be What Time Athletes Get to The Bike.
