About This Competition

VELKOMMEN tIL NM 2025!


Norgesmesterskapet i Functional Fitness 2025 arrangeres 24.-26.oktober i Unity Arena på Fornebu i Oslo.

De beste i hver klasse fra NOR3F-ligaen inviteres til å konkurrere om tittelen som norgesmester, en solid premiepott og H.M.K. kongepokal (åpen klasse)!

Konkurransen vil bestå av totalt 6 tester i formatet "Medley", som betyr at utøverne vil testes i følgende kategorier: Power, Endurance, Mixed, Bodyweight, Skill og Strength. Les mer om Medley her.

Følgende klasser vil konkurrere under NM i Unity Arena:

  • Åpen – 40/40

  • U14 – 5/5

  • U16 – 5/5

  • U18 – 5/5

  • U20 – 5/5

  • M35 – 10/10

  • M40+ – 10/10

vm kvalifisering

VM-KVALIFISERING

I 2025 vil Master-VM finne sted i Australia, Brisbane showgrounds, 21.-23. november. Utøvere har allerede kvalifisert hit via NOR3F-ligaen grunnet den korte tiden mellom konkurransene og den lange reisen til Australia.

VM for åpen klasse, ungdom og lag vil finne sted i Litauen, Litexpo, 5.-7.desember.

ÅPEN KLASSE OG LAG:

Topp 3 per kjønn fra NM i åpen klasse kvalifiserer direkte til VM. 2 per kjønn vil i tillegg tas ut basert på en vurdering av hvem landslagsledelsen og styret mener har størst sjanse til å ta medaljer for Norge.

Topp 3 per kjønn får i tillegg en direkte plass på landslaget.

UNGDOM OG MASTER:

Topp 3 i U14, U16, U18 og U20 kvalifiserer seg til ungdoms-VM via Norgesmesterskapet.

Topp 3 fra M30, M35, M40, M45, M50, M55, M60 og M65+ går direkte til Master-VM basert på resultatet i sin klasse under NOR3F-ligaen.
