The Posibl Throwdown will have 4 scored workouts 💪🏻
The competition has been designed to test your overall strength & fitness and put your hard earned training to the test 💥
Check out the cateogories below:
RX CATEGORY:
Gymnastics movements: Synchro TTB, Pull ups (not synchro), 1 partner should be able to HSW - However no minimum distance will be required.
Barbell: 40/60kg+
INTERMEDIATE CATEGORY:
No high skill gymnastics such as Ring/Bar Muscle ups & C2B Pull up.
TTB will be needed for both team members
Barbell weight will just be set just under RX benchmark weight.
For exmaple:
Grace RX - 40/62.5kg
Grace intermediate - 35/52.5k
SCALED CATEGORY:
Gymnastic limitations in TTB & Pull ups
Expected movements: Knee Rasies, Jumping Pull ups
Barbell: 25/40kg
