Join us for our Smart Move CrossFit In-House Competition — a fun and challenging day to test your fitness, teamwork, and community spirit!
Format: Teams of 2 (M/M, F/F)
Workouts: 3 main workouts + a final for the top teams
Focus: Strength, endurance, skill, and teamwork
Who can join: Open to all Smart Move members
