-Plunge Boston: Joining us for recovery needs. It's a new facility on Rt. 1 Saugus. Cold plungin’ for all. Bring a change of clothes if you DARE.

HOW TO FIND US: Address: 69 Norman street, Everett Ma 02149. Please follow the signs all the way down to the end. We are located right between Skyzone and Revolution Axe. There will be someone directing athletes in the morning. Our parking lot will fill up! There is also a huge overflow lot next to the Football field. Just a short walk over.
ATHLETES: Doors will be open at 7:15am for all to use (stretch, warm up, set up tents etc). We will have a table out front for check in and tee shirt pick up! We have a designated warm up area with all that you will need. We ask that you do not warm up or put your belongings in the main gym.
WE HAVE A BACKYARD. This is where you can hang between your heats or out front of the gym depending on space. If you want to bring tents, chairs, coolers, etc, DO IT. Looks like we are expecting great weather Tents encouraged. Athlete briefing 8:30am
SPECTATORS: Anyone can come join in the fun! We ask that spectators show up at 9am. Dogs are welcomed if on a leash and friendly with both humans and other dogs.

TIME CAP 10 Minutes
Standards:
-Reps/movements can be split however athletes see fit, no required reps for an athlete
-Squats: Hips must drop visibly below the knee at the bottom. Hips and knees must be locked and standing tall at top
-Shoulder to Overhead: any style press is permitted; strict, push press, perk jerk, etc. Must STAND FULLY before bringing bar back to shoulders
-Toes to bar: Toes much touch bar at same time, and feet pass under rig on back swing
-Pull-ups: Chin must be CLEARLY over the bar, arms fully locked out at bottom
-Ring rows: Must touch rings to chest, and feet must be on provided tape line
-Hanging Knee raises: Knees must be visibly above hips, must full open hips and straighten legs on back swing
-Muscle up: Must show control on top of bar, shoulder over or slightly in front of bar
