About This Competition

Kaos CrossFit and Weightlifting is hosting our second annual team competiton. This is pairs of any sex. scores wil be normalized based on team makeup. 3 events with a final. 3 divisions, RX, Intermediate, and community.

This Competiton will be held both inside the gym and outisde (weather permitted). bring warm clothes with you.

Leaderboard will be updated after each heat/event and there will be a live stream available for family members to watch (limited to the inside gym space)
