- 4 workouts in the Qualifier, to be released Wednesday, September 17th.  Keep an eye on our socials! @PumpkinSmashClassic

- Athletes must submit YouTube video(s) if requested no later than 9/22/2025.

- In-person event at CrossFit Endemic November 15th and 16th!

Workouts

Event 1:

On a 15min. clock
For time:
65/90-calorie echo bike
EMOM, including at 0:00, perform 5 power cleans (85/135)
 

Event 2:

In remaining time:
find 1RM clean

 - Typical CrossFit Open standards apply.

- Scored as 2 separate events: time for the calories, and the load for the clean.

- Time from Part 1 treated as a tiebreaker for Part 2.

 

Part 1

On a 15min. clock
For time:
65/90-calorie echo bike

Part 2
In remaining time:
find 1RM clean
 
- Typical CrossFit Open standards apply.

- Scored as 2 separate events: time for the calories, and the load for the clean.

- Time from Part 1 treated as a tiebreaker for Part 2.

- Athlete may have assistance loading barbell weight for Part 2.

8 Minute AMRAP:

8 alternating DB OH backstep lunges (35/50)
7 toes to bar
6 burpees to 6" target


- CrossFit Open standards apply.

- Athlete is free to switch DB hands however they choose.- Target for burpees must be touched with both hands for the repetition to count.  A rejump is required if target is missed.

For Time (11 minute cap):

​2 overhead squats (75/115)
2 bar muscle-ups
4 overhead squats
4 bar muscle-ups
6 overhead squats
6 bar muscle-ups
8 overhead squats
8 bar muscle-ups
10 overhead squats
10 bar muscle-ups
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

- CrossFit Open standards apply.

 

Every 5min. x 4 rounds:

25/35-calorie row
100' handstand walk, 25' lengths
AMRAP box jump overs (24"/30")


- No rest between rounds.

- Scored as total reps i.e. calories + HS walk (5' increments) + BJ overs.

- Athlete must start with hands behind line, and fully clear the next 5' line for the handstand walk repetition to count.
