- Scored as 2 separate events: time for the calories, and the load for the clean.
- Time from Part 1 treated as a tiebreaker for Part 2.

- CrossFit Open standards apply.
- Athlete is free to switch DB hands however they choose.- Target for burpees must be touched with both hands for the repetition to count. A rejump is required if target is missed.

100' handstand walk, 25' lengths
AMRAP box jump overs (24"/30")
- No rest between rounds.
- Scored as total reps i.e. calories + HS walk (5' increments) + BJ overs.
- Athlete must start with hands behind line, and fully clear the next 5' line for the handstand walk repetition to count.
