Gymnasium Hyrox Simulation
About This Competition
This HYROX-style simulation is built to test full-body endurance, aerobic consistency, and race-day grit whether you’re taking it on solo or tackling it in pairs. Across repeated 800m runs and functional stations, you’ll need to manage pacing, transitions, and fatigue like a true hybrid athlete.
Expect a full dose of HYROX realism: high-output ergs, heavy pulls and carries, and big-volume finishers that demand equal parts power and composure. Runs are completed together (for pairs), with all other work split evenly. Smart pacing, seamless communication, and mental toughness will define your performance.
Key challenges include:
Multiple 800m runs testing consistent aerobic output
Heavy deadlifts (70/50kg) and sled pulls under fatigue
200m Farmers Carry for grip and core endurance
High-rep lunges, burpees, and wall balls to close out.
This sim is designed to feel like race day relentless, strategic, and all about holding form when the fatigue sets in.
