2025 Vengeance Cup
About This Competition
The Vengeance Cup is CrossFit Vengeance’s first in-house invitational competition — a celebration of fitness, community, and friendly rivalry.
Taking place on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, this event will bring athletes from across the community together to throw down in an unforgettable day of competition and camaraderie.
Teams will compete in same-sex, two-person pairs across two divisions: RX and Scaled, making it the perfect opportunity for athletes of all experience levels to test their fitness and teamwork.
The competition will feature three events and four scored workouts, designed to challenge strength, endurance, skill, and strategy — all while embodying the spirit of CrossFit Vengeance.
Whether you’re stepping onto the floor for your first competition or looking to battle for the top spot on the podium, the Vengeance Cup is your chance to push your limits, cheer on your friends, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

Partner 1: AMRAP Calories on the Rower
Partner 2: 8 Thrusters + 8 Burpees over the Bar
*Partners will switch after each partner completes a full round of Thrusters and Burpees over the Bar.
Score For WOD2 A is total Calories Rowed + Total Reps.
Rest 2 Min
At the 10 Minute Mark Athletes will have 5 Minutes to establish a weight of the following unbroken complex:
1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat.
WOD 2B Score will be the heaviest weight successfully lifted by each athlete combined.
Flow: At the count of 3...2...1... Athletes will rund from the starting position under the rig to their respective positions. Athlete 1 will begin by getting on the rower and begin rowing for calories until athlete 2 completes their round of Thrusters and Burpees over the Bar. While Athlete 1 is rowing, Athlete 2 will start their round of 8 Thrusters and 8 Burpees over the Bar. Athlete 2 must first complete all 8 Thrusters before moving onto the burpees. Upon completion of both movements, athletes must trade out with Athlete 1 now workin on the barbell and burpees and Athlete 2 now working on the rower. Athletes will continue this pattern till the 8 minute mark. At the 8 minute mark athletes will rest until the 10 minute mark. Athletes may begin to load their bar but no lifts attempted between the 8 and 10 minute mark will count. Athletes will have 5 minutes to attempt lifts. The final attempted lift must be started before the clock hits 15 minutes.
