Represent your local gym: Caloundra, Noosa, Coolum, Sippy Downs, and Maroochydore.
You and your partner face three challenging, time-capped events testing strength, conditioning, and performance. A shared, live leaderboard tracks all five locations in real-time.
The top three pairs from your gym and division advance to the Finals. Train hard—your spot is waiting!

Workout 1: CONDITION (Allstar Division)
Goal: Complete the entire sequence below for time.
Time Cap: 28 minutes.
The Workout Flow
- 20 Burpees
- 160 Shoulder Taps
- 20 Burpees
- 80 Air Squats
- 20 Burpees
- 80 G2OH (Ground-to-Overhead)
- 20 Burpees
- 80 Butterfly Sit Ups
- 20 Burpees
- 80 DB Snatches
- 20 Burpees
- 80 Lunges
- 20 Burpees
- 80 HR Push Ups (Hand Release)
Weights: Male: 20 kg | Female: 15 kg (used for Plate and DB movements).
Standard: All repetitions are Shared between partners. Burpees must be Synchronized.
Workout 1: CONDITION (Everyday Division)
Goal: Complete the entire sequence below for time.
Time Cap: 28 minutes.

Workout 2: LIFT
Each athlete establishes their heaviest 5-Rep Max Deadlift in the time given.
Time Cap: 18 minutes
Format: To find a maximum lift (18-minute time cap).
Scoring: Total KG lifted (combined 5RM Deadlift from both athletes).
Rules: Reps must be touch and go - you cannot reset your grip.
Workout 2: LIFT
Each athlete establishes their heaviest 5-Rep Max Deadlift in the time given.
Time Cap: 18 minutes
Format: To find a maximum lift (18-minute time cap).
Scoring: Total KG lifted (combined 5RM Deadlift from both athletes).
Rules: Reps must be touch and go - you cannot reset your grip.
Workout 3: PERFORM (Allstar Division)
This event is a high-intensity, two-part AMRAP designed to test power output, explosive movements, and cardiovascular stamina.
Format: Two separate 5-minute AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible), clock does not stop between each AMRAP.
Scoring: Total Reps (The final score is the sum of all reps and calories accumulated in both Part A and Part B).
The Workouts
Part A: AMRAP (5 Minutes)
Goal: Accumulate as many rounds and repetitions as possible of:
- 16 Single-Arm Devil's Press (Uses Division Weight DB)
- 20 Box Jump / Box Step Ups
Teamwork: Partners may alternate reps or rounds as they wish to maintain maximum intensity.
Part B: AMRAP (5 Minutes)
Goal: Maximize the Calories accumulated on the Echo/Assault Bike.
Teamwork: This is a max-effort relay. Athletes should strategize their switches to keep the bike moving constantly and maximize the total Calorie output within the 5-minute window.
Division Weight Standards
Male Weight (DB): 20KG
Female Weight (DB): 15KG
