En team, effectuer un maximum de calories sur l'Assault Bike, en changeant d'athlète comme vous le souhaitez. 

Pendant ce temps, les deux autres athlètes effectuent le WOD 1B.

• Max facing burpees over the line @3 in the remaining time


Le score de l’équipe sera le total de burpees effectués sur les 3 tours.
Tiebreak : temps à la fin des wall walk du dernier round.
