2025 Gobbler Gauntlet
About This Competition
Welcome to the 2025 Gobbler Gauntlet! We are excited to be hosting our charity event for the 11th year! This year all the proceeds will be going to Child Crisis of AZ to help kids in need. The event will be the same format, teams of 2. Women, Men, and Coed with scaled and RX divisions. Workouts will be 4 x 5 Min AMRAPs with 5 Minutes of rest between each 5 Minute AMRAP. Grab a partner and get registered to help a great cause, we look forward to seeing everyone!
LAST DAY TO REGISTER AND GET A SHIRT IS NOVEMBER 6th. You can sign up until the day of the competition but no shirt after Nov 6th.

-One partner is working at a time.
-Break up the reps however.
-Score is total reps.
-Scaled: Hand Release Push-Ups

24 Pull-Ups
24 Hang Power Snatch
-One partner is working at a time.
-Break ups the reps however.
-Score is total reps.
-RX: 75/55
-Scaled: Jumping Pull-Ups, 55/35
Event 3 (Inside)
5 Minute AMRAP
**Max Rep Wall Ball
**Max Rep Calorie Bike
Rx: 20/14, 10/9ft target
Scaled: 14/10, 10/9ft target
-At the start of the workout one athlete will be on the bike and one athlete will be on the wall for wall balls. Both partners will do their movement for 2:30min. At the 2:30min mark the athletes will switch. The partner that was on wall balls will go to the bike and the partner that was on the bike will go to wall ball.
-Score is total repetitions of calorie bike and wall ball combined.
-Both partners are working at the same time.
Event 4 (Outside)
5 Minute AMRAP (Leap Frog Style)
11 Deadlifts
11 Box Jump Overs
11 Burpees
Rx: Deadlift 155/105, BJO’s 24/20
Scaled: Deadlift 135/85, BJO’s 20/20 (Step Overs allowed)
