360 Elevate Throwdown
About This Competition
The 360 Elevate Throwdown is here, our first ever Gym vs Gym comp between 360 Fortitude and Elevate Fitness, happening Saturday, 6th December from 8 AM to 3 PM. This pairs competition (MM / MF / FF) is built for fun, teamwork, and community spirit. There’s one division, the division that’s competing, with scaling options for every workout, ensuring fairness and accessibility for all levels.
Entry is $100 per pair, with winner prizes, door prizes, food and coffee vans, and a guaranteed good time. Workouts drop weekly from mid-November, and subs are allowed up to 48 hours before the event. Whether you’re new or experienced, this comp is about showing up, giving it your all, and celebrating a year of strength, sweat, and community.

ATHLETES MAX SQUAT CLEAN FIRST REP OF THE THRUSTER IF THEY WISH.
ATHLETES MAY ALSO USE ANY CLEAN OR JERK VARIETY.
SCORE IS THE TOTAL WEIGHT COMBINED OF ALL 6 ATHLETES.
