About This Competition
Welcome back to the SixFit Showdown - 2025 Edition
We're excited to return for the second year of the SixFit Showdown, an inclusive team competition built for athletes of all levels. Whether you're chasing the podium or just looking to challenge yourself alongside your crew, this year’s event is designed to test your fitness in all the right ways.
Teams of six (three males and three females) will take on five diverse events that push endurance, strength, gymnastics and most importantly, teamwork! With a unique scoring system that rewards both movement difficulty and execution, every team has a chance to showcase what they do best.
This year brings new workouts and unexpected challenges, while keeping the format you’re familiar with. Each session features four teams competing side-by-side for 90 minutes of non-stop intensity.
Time Slots (select during registration):
9:30 – 11:00
11:30 – 13:00
13:30 – 15:00
(Once you’ve registered and picked your slot, your team is locked in for that window).
Live scoring will be available all day via Competition Corner, so you can track your team’s progress and stay competitive in real-time.
