Event Details
Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
Location: LaSalle Landing Event Centre, 970 Front Rd, LaSalle, ON
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (heat times TBA)
Divisions: Men’s • Women’s • Mixed • Junior (16 & under)
Registration: $226 per team (covers both athletes, includes tax)
Parking: Free, adjacent to the venue
Format: Indoor event with the same distances and standards as previous races
Food & Drinks: Free Hydrations Stations + Sponsor Booths

Workouts
1,000 m on a ski machine Full-body cardio and coordination All divisions
Push a weighted sled for 50 m total
Pull the same sled for 50 m using a weighted rope
Perform burpees with a 1.5 m jump per rep until total distance covered
All Divisions: 80 m total
Junior: 50 m total
1,000 m on the rowing machine
Cardio power and pacing
All Divisions: Resistance 6–8
Athletes carry two kettlebells or dumbbells for the designated distance while maintaining control and posture. Both weights must remain off the ground for the duration of each segment.
You may set the weights down to rest but must resume from the exact point of contact.
Athletes complete forward lunges over the designated distance while carrying a sandbag on the shoulders or upper back.
The back knee must touch the ground each rep.
Athletes complete the required number of repetitions by performing a full squat followed by a medicine ball throw to the target height.
The rep begins with the ball held at chest level, hips descending below knee level at the bottom of the squat, and ends when the ball makes clear contact with the target.
