Welcome to the 5th Annual Driftless CrossFit Winter Throwdown! We are thrilled to once again be able to host the best competition in the area.
Registration is OPEN!
Early bird pricing for the first 15 teams — $185/team!
After early bird, registration is $215/team.

10 Minute AMRAP

- Partner 1 - Sandbag/Wall Ball in Bear Hug
- Rx 100/75, Int 75/50, Sc 50/30
- Partner 2 - Dumbbell in Goblet
- Rx 70/50, Int 50/35, Sc 35/20
Directly into:
- 6 Rx Bar Muscle Up/Int Toes to Bar/Sc Knee Raises*
- 6 Deadlifts Rx 275/185, Int 225/155, Sc 185/125*
- 6 Rx Strict HSPU, Int HSPU to 1" mat, Sc Seated Barbell Strict Press 75/55#.
- 6 Burpee over Bar*
*Split reps as desired. However, once a partner starts a movement they must finish all reps of that movement for that round.
Score is total reps completed.

7 minutes to establish a 1RM clean and jerk for both athletes.
Score = Partner 1 max weight + Partner 2 max weight

3 minutes max clean and jerk reps as a pair.
The pair chooses the weight for the barbell.
*Must have 15# plates on each side, minimally.
