About This Competition

💣 THE GUNPOWDER PLOT 💣
Presented by Black Wolf Fitness

📆 Saturday 8th November
4️⃣ Mixed Teams of 4 (MMFF)
Two explosive divisions:

💥BLAST → RX / Intermediate
⚡️SPARK → Intermediate / Scaled

We don’t do average. Our comps sell out fast, the workouts hit hard, and the atmosphere will have you wishing Black Wolf was your home box.

Expect:
Fun but testing workouts 😅
A floor that feels electric ⚡
A day you’ll be talking about until the next one.

Format:
2 guys + 2 girls
4 workouts across the day
Direct entry into your chosen division (no qualifiers)

Provisional Schedule
0745–0815 → Registration
0815–0900 → Athlete Briefing (WODs 1 & 2)
0900–1030 → Workout 1
1040–1220 → Workout 2
1240–1300 → Athlete Briefing (WODs 3 & 4)
1300–1435 → Workout 3
1445–1620 → Workout 4
1630–1700 → Podium + Wrap-Up

• The division of labour on everything is anyhow.
• The first 6 minutes is Rope Climbs, the second is Wall Walks.
• There is no rest between the workouts.

• One minute to reset the bar for Athletes C&D.
• Athletes C&D score as many Clean & Jerk reps as possible in 2 minutes.
• Athletes C&D lift the heaviest Clean & Jerk they can in 6 minutes.
• Only one athlete to lift at a time throughout all of the above.
