About This Competition
The Thailand Throwdown is Thailand’s longest-running CrossFit competition, proudly hosted by CrossFit Chiang Mai (CFCNX). Over the years, it has become one of the most anticipated fitness events in the region, attracting athletes from across Thailand, Asia, and beyond.
This two-day old-school throwdown celebrates community, fitness, and competition — featuring a mix of classic CrossFit-style events, challenging workouts, and a vibrant vendor village filled with local and international brands.

FORMAT
The monitor will be set to 500 meters .Athlete will start on the judge’s command “ 3-2-1 Go!” and finish when the monitor displays 0 meters . The time show on the monitor at the end of the test will recorded as the athlete ’s official score.
Athletes start with their feet on the pedals and their hands placed behind their back before start .Athlete can start rowing when the judge gives the start command. There is only one attempt allowed per athlete.
