Synchro thrusters are performed with 1 athlete on the barbell and 1 athlete on the DB's. 
Pairs YGIG on AMRAP's 1-4.
AMRAP 5 sees all team members on the floor, same sex pairs YGIG on synchro movements, individual relay style on T2B.

 

INTERMEDIATE

DB @ 15/10kg
C2B instead of BMU.

Knee Raises instead of T2B.

The lift can be performed as a Power Snatch or a Squat Snatch.
Athletes may lift as many times as they like within their allocated 5:00 window. 
Weights can jump up and down as needed.
Score will be each athletes heaviest lift combined to make one total load.

In M/F PAIRS

100 Synchro Snatches

RX @ 42.5/30kg
Intermediate @ 35/25kg
Scaled @ 30/20kg
Masters @ 35/25kg

Athletes can switch in and out as needed, as long as 1 Male and 1 Female are synchro for reps to count.

FOR TIME, 25:00 CAP.
In M/F PAIRS

100 Cal Air Bike
80 Wall Balls @ 9/6kg
60 Wall Ball Reverse Lunges
40 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20in.
20 Synchro Team Burpees
40 KB Swings @ 32/24kg
60 DBL DB S2OH @ 22.5/15kg
80 DB Snatch @ 22.5/15kg
100 Cal Row

Pair A will complete the workout from top to bottom.
Pair B will complete the workout from bottom to top.
Pair A & B will meet in the middle and perform to 20 synchro team burpees together before continuing through the remainder of the workout in their respective directions.

Wall Ball @ 6/4kg
Box @ 20in. for all atheletes.
