The score for 25.2 will be the combined total amongst your team.

***There is a cap of 205/145 for the Intermediate division to discourage stronger athletes from choosing Intermediate division for an easy win.***

Your team of 4 will be split into 2 m/f pairs. All movements must be synchronized, pairs may switch at any time!

*Toes To Bar - Toes contacting the bar at the same time at the top, heels behind the rig post at the same time in the bottom
*Knee raises - Knees above hips at the same time at the top, hips fully extended at the same time in the bottom
*DB Snatch - Dumbbells locked out overhead at the same time
*Burpees - Chest and thighs on the floor at the same time
*Deadlifts - Bar at the top for both athletes with hips and knees fully extended and shoulders behind the bar

Participate Division may scale and modify as needed/desired.

We are actively seeking sponsors and prize donations, when we have brands on board we will announce them asap!

There will be a cap for the strength event to discourage stronger athletes from choosing Intermediate division for an easy win. You know who you are...

All movements are to Open Standard. By signing up you understand that there are standards to the movements and weights that must be completed to count toward your score. Any repetition that deviates from the movement standard, intentional or not, will not be counted.
