💥 DIVISIONS

Open Division – "Alpha Beasts"

📅 Saturday & Sunday

This is the arena for athletes who go hard and go heavy. If you’ve tackled The Open in the Rx category—or are ready to—you’re in the right territory. Expect big weights, high skills, and raw intensity. Power, strategy, and teamwork will separate the pack.

Rec Division – "The Wild Ones"

📅 Saturday Only

For those who love the grind but aren't quite chasing fire-breather status—yet. Rec teams are made up of athletes who are confident with the basics but not quite ready for advanced movements like muscle-ups, double unders, or heavy squat snatches. You’re here to compete, push your limits, and have a damn good time doing it.

Masters Division – "The Elders"

📅 Sunday Only

Every athlete on your team is 40+. Your wisdom, grit, and years under the bar are your weapons. This division is for seasoned competitors who’ve done Rx Open workouts—or their equivalent—and still have plenty of beast left in the tank.

♿ Adaptive & Inclusive Competition Welcome

We believe functional fitness is for every body, and The Vermonster Challenge is no exception. We are proud to support athletes of all abilities. If you or your team includes an adaptive athlete or someone with a disability (permanent, temporary, or progressive), reach out to us. We’re committed to working with you to adjust workouts to suit your needs without losing the spirit of the challenge. Together, we’ll make sure the floor is accessible, the programming is equitable, and the energy is just as wild.
