CrossFit BLVD x Peso Culture - We’re teaming up to bring you something powerful. REPPING FOR A CURE

A strength-based competition honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month coming this October.

Saturday October 4th, 2025 at Crossfit Blvd

We’re bringing you an amazing community event you won’t want to miss, that is open to everyone. Let’s lift for something bigger.

AMRAP 12: 

Buy In: 

Women = 40 Cal Bike Shared 

Men= 50 Cal Bike Shared 

Directly into

21, 15, 9 Deadlifts (155/105)  X Burpees  

Partners can switch between movements at anytime.

 

Score: Total Reps and Rounds completed at 12 min 

Tie Breaker: Time of bike cals completed

Workout 2: 

Sandbag Over Shoulder & Carry for time (10 min cap)

Sandbag  Men will use an 80# bag, Women will use a 50# bag.

Kettlebells Men will use a 53# KB, Women will use 35# KB

Each Partner Must Complete 5 Rounds Each

P1: completes 3 Sandbag over the shoulder into 50m Carry ( 25m out and back) hold SB anyway you want. 

P2: Farmer Carry Hold until partner returns to platform and drops the SB onto the playform

Workout 3:

For Time: 8 Minute clock 

Part 1- Partner A and B can switch at any time;

100 Singles or 50 Double Unders 

50 Dumbbell Goblet Squats (35/25 lbs) 

100 Singles or 50 Double Unders 

50 Dumbbell Goblet Squats (35/25 lbs) 

 

Part 2 - Remaining time max cal row (switch anytime) 

The score is total calories on the rower in time remaining, if a tiebreaker is needed, use the time completed part 1.
