- 2 athletes working, 2 resting on the Ergs
- All athletes must stop on the Ergs every 3 minutes and perform 8 line facing burpees.
- Ergs cannot continue until all 4 athletes finish their line-facing burpees.
- If one of the Ergs finishes before the other, then it’s a sprint to the end, switching between the 4 athletes.
