About This Competition

Welcome to the Fall Brawl at Crossfit Chula Vista.

Get ready for an action-packed competition that is perfect for testing your strength, endurance, and determination. 

Four years ago we started this competition as an in-house event and last year we opened the doors to the community. This event is designed for intermediate athletes eager to challenge themselves, while also welcoming beginners and expericened competitors.  

Whether you are competing or cheering, this is the Fall event you won't want to miss!

Divisions: Team of 2 (MM/FF)

  • Intermediate Men
  • Intermediate Women
  • Novice Men
  • Novice Women

What to Bring: Workout gear, EZ Up, chairs, food and snacks. We will have our upstairs availible for athletes to stretch and relax.

Parking: Parking availible on site, on street, and in neighboring businesses.

Refund Policy: No Refunds

Substitutes: Substitutions are allowed as long as it is done before registraion deadline.

2A: Each athlete will choose between max C&J or Snatch before the start of the workout. Athletes cannot swap lifts during the 6 minute window. 

2B: You go, I  go per round format. Athlete 1 completes round 1, athlete 2 completes round 2. Continure untill all 10 rounds are finished.

Partner weighted sit ups will be with a medicine ball
