Same Sex Pairs
There will be RX and Scaled categories on the same day
3 Workouts for all Teams competiting, the team with the least points over the 3 Wod's will win
No qualifiers required
£85 per team of 2 (£42.50pp)

Workouts will be released the week before the competition
Prizes will be given to all podium finishers
Friends and family are welcome to come along and cheer for free along with any other spectators!
Parking is available on the roads of the industrial estate - please do not park in the parking bays of the industrial estate as these are used by the other businesses
