About This Competition

Same Sex Pairs

 

There will be RX and Scaled categories on the same day
 

3 Workouts for all Teams competiting, the team with the least points over the 3 Wod's will win
 

No qualifiers required
 

£85 per team of 2 (£42.50pp)

Movement Standards

RX

Muscle Ups - C2B/Pull Ups

Toes to Bar

Double Unders

HSPU 

Dumbell Movements - typically 22.5/15

Kettlebell Movements - typically 24/16

Barbell Movements (this may vary) but typically - Male range: 100 - 52.5kg Female range: 70 - 35kg

 

Scaled

Jumping Muscle Ups

Assisted C2B/Pull Ups

Toes to Chest Height

Single Unders

Box Step Ups/Overs

Dumbbell Movements (typically) - 15/10

Kettlebell Movements (typically) - 16/12

Barbell Movements (this may vary) but typically - Male range: 80 - 40kg Female range: 57.5 - 25kg

Come and enjoy a fantastic competition at a family friendly box, looking to host their first ever competition! 

 

Workouts will be released the week before the competition

 

Prizes will be given to all podium finishers

 

Friends and family are welcome to come along and cheer for free along with any other spectators! 

 

Parking is available on the roads of the industrial estate - please do not park in the parking bays of the industrial estate as these are used by the other businesses

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes

5 x 50ft Shuttles

1 Rep Snatch (for load)

* Partner 1 will work on Minute 1, 3, 5, 7, 9

* Partner 2 will work on Minute 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

 

Score will be based on total weight lifted for each person over the 10 minutes

e.g. Partner 1 lifts 50kg, 60kg, 70kg, 70kg, 70kg and Partner 2 lifts 40kg, 40kg, 40kg, 40kg, 50kg the combined score would be 530kg
