About This Competition

Fitness Shootout består av to økter der begge inkluderer bruk av laserpistol, samme type som har blitt brukt på flere internasjonale CrossFit-konkurranser, ofte omtalt som Ergshoot.

Laserpistolen er enkel å bruke, og dere får en gjennomgang på hvordan den brukes før eventet starter.
Vi legger også til rette for en åpen dag i forkant, hvor dere får muligheten til å komme og øve med laserpistolen.

De to øktene har ulike formater:
• Én styrkeøkt, der du må treffe blink for å legge kilo til totalscoren din. Det betyr at selv om du ikke løfter mest, kan god presisjon gi deg noen ekstra kilo på scorecardet.


• Én teamwork-økt med varierte kjente crossfit øvelser sammen med liggende og stående skyting

Bommer dere på et gitt antall skudd innenfor tidsrammen, blir det straffe-burpee, så det lønner seg å treffe mest mulig
Divisjonene er MM og FF.

Workouts

Every 1-Minute On The Minute (3 Rounds Each)
Max Clean
5 Shots On Target
(Each successful hit = move 1 meter further from the target)

Scoring:
Every hit adds +5 kg to your clean score.
Example: If you lift 100 kg and hit 3 of 5 shots, your total score is 115 kg.

Flow:
At the start of each minute you may lift as many cleans as you want.
Once you are satisfied with your lift for that minute, move immediately to the target and take 5 shots.
Each successful hit adds 5 kg to your score.
After each hit, you must step 1 meter further away before taking the next shot.
If you miss, you remain at the same distance until you hit.

After the following minute, you will have 30 seconds of transition time to load the weight for your teammate.

Info:
You may lift as many times as you want within the 1 minute.
If you hit the target you move 1 meter backwards and completet the next shot. if you are not able to hit you stay at the same distance until you hit the target. 

4 Rounds For Time:
20/15 cal Bike (Athlete B)
20/15 cal SkiErg (Athlete A)
15 Synch Toes To Bar
8 Synch Burpee Box Jump Over 20/24 inch
5 Standing/Laying Shots On Target (50 sec cap)

Missed shots = 3 Synch Line Facing Burpees

Erg + Standing/Laying Shots:
Round 1: SkiErg + Standing Shots Athlete A
Round 2: SkiErg + Standing Shots Athlete B
Round 3: SkiErg + Laying Shots Athlete A
Round 4: SkiErg + Laying Shots Athlete B

Info:
Athletes alternate shooting each round.
The athlete who used the SkiErg in that round is the one who shoots.
You may take as many shots as you want within the 50-second window.
The 50 seconds start automatically the moment you fire your first shot (the target system starts the timer).
If an athlete misses shots, the team must complete 3 synch line-facing burpees per missed shot.
Example: 2 missed shots = 6 synch line-facing burpees.

Flow:
Both athletes work at the same time on their machines: Athlete A completes 20/15 cal SkiErg while Athlete B completes 20/15 cal Bike.
When both are finished, they move together into 15 synch toes to bar, followed by 8 synch burpee box jump overs.
After the synch work, the athlete who performed the SkiErg completes the shooting segment.
Any missed shots must be completed as synch line-facing burpees before starting the next round.
