Your Kettlebell, Barbell And Rope Climb Reps Are Determined By Your Weight Choice/Scaling Choice

Kettlebell:

24/16kg = 20 Reps

16/12kg = 30 Reps

Barbell: 

60/40kg = 5 Reps

40/30kg = 10 Reps

30/20kg = 15 Reps

Rope: 

Full Rope Climb = 5 Reps

Floor Rope Pull = 10 Reps
