Join us in the heart of Nashville for The Nations Classic, a brand-new partner fitness competition designed to challenge athletes of all levels. With two divisions—Rx and Scaled—and team formats including male/male, female/female, and coed pairs, this event offers a competitive environment for all participants.

- Knee Raises
- Pull Ups
- Single Under
- Kettle Bell (35/24) any movement
- Dumbbell (35/25) any movement
- Wall Ball (14/10) 10/9'
- Box Step Up (20)
- Wall Walk Scale
- All Barbell lifts for 1 rep max
- All Ergs
*Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
*Substitutions must be submitted before the first event.
*Workouts will be released starting September 1.
