About This Competition

Coonmable F.I.T is having our annual throw down on Saturday 6th December 2025. 

2 divisions open and fitness (scaled), fun day that will test all levels and aspects of fitness. 

all participants will be encouranged to do what they are comfortable doing. 

Coonamble FIT want this day to be fun whilst completeing functional fitness exerciese

6 rep max front squat 

partner 1 must establish there heaviest complex and once complete partner 2 can start there 6 rep max front sqaut.

score is combined weight and all complexes are from the floor.

Ladies get a calculation of 1.44

Ladies 50 years + in fitness division get calculation of 1.54
