THE RELENTLESS GAMES 2025
DETAILS:
Date: Saturday, November 8th
→Gym will open at 7:00am
→Everyone needs to be registered by 8:00am
→Workout Rules and Regulations will be at 8:30am
→1st Workout starts at 9am!!!
→Cost: $55 (will include your t-shirt!!!)
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BY 10/29/2025 TO GET A SHIRT INCLUDED!!

ALL OF THE EVENTS WILL BE RELEASED SOON!!!
DIVISIONS:
*There will be a RX and a scaled division
*There will be a male and female division *You will sign up individually, but you will need a partner - the workouts will be scored individually.
→One partner will workout while the other partner judges, then you'll switch
→Your partner's score will not affect yours, or visa versa
→Partners DO NOT have to compete in the same division
→Partners DO NOT have to be the same gender

WOD #2
BATTLE TESTED
RX WEIGHT: 1 DB - 40/30 LB DB - 20/16" Box
SCALED WEIGHT: 1 DB - 25/20 LB DB - 16-12" Box
WORKOUT FORMAT:
12-Minute AMRAP (As Many REPS As Possible)
14 Box Step-Ups (7 each leg)
12 Goblet Squats (holding 1 dumbbell at your chest)
10 Dumbbell Push Press (5 reps each arm)
10/8 Calorie Row (Men: 10 / Women: 8)
FINAL SCORE = Total Reps (Each round is 46 reps for men and 44 for women)

The workout will start with a 10 second countdown, the athletes can touch the dumbbell and get started once the time begins. Athletes CANNOT touch any equipment prior to time starting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Box Step-Ups – Athlete must hole dumbbell at all times and step up with full foot on the box and reach full hip and knee extension at the top before stepping down. You can do all reps on one side OR alternate legs each rep.
Goblet Squats – Athlete will hold one dumbbell at chest level. Hips must descend below parallel and finish at full hip and knee extension at the top.
Dumbbell Push Press – Athlete will use one dumbbell. Start with the dumbbell at shoulder level, dip slightly, then drive up using legs and shoulders to press overhead. Arms must lock out with dumbbell over the midline of the body. Athlete must complete 5 push presses on each side, but can alternate as needed.
Calorie Row (Men: 10 / Women: 8) – Athlete must row until the required calories are reached on the monitor before moving to the next movement.

OPERATION GRIT

WORKOUT FORMAT:
For Time - Time Cap: 10 Minutes
Complete the following movements in order as fast as possible:
12/10 Calorie Bike (Men: 12 / Women: 10)
50 Kettlebell Swings
25 Weighted Sit-Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings
12/10 Calorie Bike (Men: 12 / Women: 10)
FINAL SCORE = Your score is the total time it takes to finish all reps. If the time cap is reached, record total reps completed.

The workout will start with a 10 second countdown, the athletes can sit on the bike, but cannot start pedaling until the time begins.
REQUIREMENTS:
Calorie Bike – Athlete must remain on the bike until the monitor reads the required calories before moving to the next movement.
Kettlebell Swings – Kettlebell must start below hip level and finish with full range of motion with full lockout of hips, knees, and arms.
Weighted Sit-Ups – Athlete holds a weight plate above chest or overhead throughout the movement. Shoulders must touch the ground at the bottom and pass the hips at the top of each rep.

The workout will start with a 10 second countdown, the athletes can touch the bar with 5 seconds left of the rest before each round, but cannot lift the bar until the bell dings. The athlete will get 30 sec to get the max number of lifts and 90 seconds to rest. These intervals will continue until 4 total rounds are completed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Deadlift - The deadlift rep starts when the bar is on the ground and is credited once the athlete’s hips and knees reach full extension and the head and shoulders are behind the barbell. If the athlete is in between reps and does not come to full extension that rep will not count.
You can NOT wear gymnastics grips
Collars must be on the outside of your plates
No sumo deadlifts allowed. Hands must be outside of the knees
You cannot receive ANY assistance with the barbell.
For example, if the barbell rolls away or moves over when you drop it, nobody can move or adjust the barbell for you. Also, if your weights start to come loose, nobody can touch the bar to push the weights and collars back on.

FLOATER WOD
RUN THE GAUNTLET
RX WEIGHT: Sled: 190/145 LBS - Carry: 70/50 LB DBS
SCALED WEIGHT: Sled: 145/100 LBS - Carry: 45/35 LB DBS
WORKOUT FORMAT:
For Time - Time Cap: 4 Minutes
Complete the following movements in order as fast as possible:
50 ft Sled Push and Pull (push down and back twice)
50 ft Farmer Carry (carry down and back twice)
12/10 Cal Ski Erg (Men: 12 / Women: 10)
FINAL SCORE = Your score is the total time it takes to finish all reps. If the time cap is reached, record total reps completed.
SCORE = TIME OR REPS __________________
The workout will start with a 3-2-1-GO countdown, the athletes can put their hands on the sled, but cannot start pushing until the timer says GO.
REQUIREMENTS:
Sled Push and Pull – Athlete will push the sled down and back two times. The foot pedals of the sled must touch the black floor before changing movements.
Farmer Carry – Athlete carries the designated weights down and back two times. Athlete’s feet must touch the black floor on each side before heading back in the other direction. Athlete must maintain control—no dragging or dropping allowed.
Cal Ski Erg – Athlete must remain on the Ski Erg until the required calories are reached on the monitor.

ANY OTHER SCALING IN THE SCALED DIVISION = 10 POINT DEDUCTION
