Southern Quarter Hyrox Sim v2 – Two Ways to Take It On

 


Ready to test yourself? The Southern Quarter Hyrox Sim v2 is designed to push limits—but now with two pathways to suit your style and confidence level:

 

Go Solo (Individual Pathway):
Take on the full challenge alone and see what you’re made of. This option is for those who want to face it head-on, with no shortcuts and no sharing. Just you vs. the workout.

 

NEW Shared Pairs Option:
Not quite ready to go it alone? No problem. This brand-new, less intimidating option lets you split the work with a partner (yep the running too). It’s perfect for first-timers, those building confidence, or anyone who wants to take on the challenge together.

 

 


No matter how you choose to tackle it, this event is about showing up, pushing hard, and walking away stronger.
