About This Competition
Les Alpha Throwdown reviennent pour leur deuxième édition à Crossfit Grenoble !
Le 25 et 26 Octobre 2025, venez relever le défi.
Cette année encore, la compétition offrira deux formats :
Format 1 jour : comme l'année dernière, le premier jour proposera des WODs accessibles à tout le monde, mais pas moins challengeants !
RX/INTER : sur 2 jours, avec le même format inédit et unique, où chaque WOD sera décisif.
