About This Competition
Rebuilt Training is officially hosting the CrossFit Open, bringing athletes, families, and the entire community together for three weeks of fitness, energy, and friendly competition.
Rebuilt will run each Open workout in a structured, judged format, creating a space where both first‑timers and seasoned athletes can test their fitness, push their limits, and celebrate what our community is all about..
