30 sync (4) dumbbell snatches (22.5/20/17.5/15kg)

*80 shared TTB or Leg raises or knee raises
*60 sync (2) goblet lunges @ 24kg kettlebell
40 sync (4) single dumbbell hang clean and jerks (22.5/20/17.5/15kg)

20 syncro (4) burpees

-> wall balls and row are to be completed simultaneously.

-> clean and jerks and bike are to be completed simultaneously.

-> goblet lunges and toe to bar/leg raises to be completed simultaneously.

50 Cal Row

In the remaining time, complete as many Deadlifts as possible at your category’s prescribed weight.

Tiebreak: Time when Row is completed

Movement Standards:
Full hip and knee extension at the top of each Deadlift.

Athletes have 5 minutes to build to their 1RM Deadlift.

Movement Standards:
Bar lifted from floor to full lockout.
Hips and knees fully extended, shoulders behind bar.

50 Push-Ups
→ In remaining time, complete max Lateral Burpees over Barbell.

Push-Up reps adjusted by bodyweight category.

Athletes have 5 minutes to establish their 1RM Bench Press.

Bar lowered to chest and fully locked out at top.

Followed by max Box Jump or Step Overs in the remaining time.

Movement Standards:
Hip crease must pass below knee at the bottom.
Full extension at the top.
