🎪 It’s fall. It’s fair week. And it’s time to throw down.
Swift River CrossFit welcomes Masters athletes from all over New England to compete in our Second Annual Fall Foliage Fitness Classic – a partner CrossFit competition where age is just a number and teamwork takes center stage.
This year’s event is Fair-Themed to celebrate fair week, so expect fun surprises, festive energy, and maybe even a pie or two 🍂

Resting partner is standing on box. Must switch places whenever switching movements.
12 min Time Cap. Unfinished reps count as a second onto the total score.
