Time - 9am briefing, lastest 2pm finish (depending on team sign up)
Workouts- 3 workouts in heats, (METCON-LIFT-ERG)
Divisions - Scaled and Rx
Prizes - For top 3 in each category and BEST FANCY DRESS.

Every 3:00 x 5 rounds
12cal assault bike
8 double DB devils press (Rx = 2x30lb, Scaled = 2x15lb)
6 synchro burpees
Round 1 = 10 wall balls (Rx = 14lb, Scaled = 10lb)
Round 2 = 15 wall balls
Round 3 = 20 wall balls
Round 4 = 25 wall balls
Round 5 = Max reps wall balls
**Score is total number of wall balls
**Tie break = time taken to complete round 1
**The clock is rolling, as soon as the 3 minutes is up the next round starts. If you finish before 3:00 you will have earned rest.
**This is ELIMINATION STYLE. That means if you do not complete the number of wall balls you do not progress any further in the workout. If you reach the last round you will do max wall balls in the remaining time.
