This is for Intermediate, Scaled and Beginner Athletes only and any ringers will be removed from the leaderboard.
The event is being held at one of the UK's best fitness facilities - Forge Functional Fitness
3 workouts within 75 minutes and then home - what more could you want!?!

Beginners waves start @ 8:30am / Podiums 11:00am
Scaled waves start @ 11:15am / Podiums 1:45pm
Intermediate waves start @ 2:00pm / Podiums 4:30pm
