Each athlete must complete 30/20 Calories on an Echo Bike prior to lifting.  As soon as Athlete A completes their cals, they may start lifting and Athlete B may start their Bike Cals.  And so on for Athletes B and C.  So Athlete C will have significantly less time to lift than Athlete A.
