CrossFit Rowlett is excited to host the first local competition in NTX featuring cash prizes for ALL podium finishers. We will have 4 divisions (rx+/rx/intermediate/novice) for M/F teams. Limit of 10 teams per division. 4 workouts.
** ALL WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN RELEASED(9/19/25)**
RX+ (snatch 185/125, ring mu, shspu,hs walk, rope climbs,ghd situps,ohs,ring dips) If you feel like you are the best athletes at your box, this is your chance to test that against the best NTX has to offer!
RX (snatch/ c&j 155/105, bmu,chest to bar, hspu,t2b). If you can perform most workouts as prescribed at your box but not ready for the higher skill movements, this division is for you.
INT (snatch/c&j 115/75, pull ups, push ups). If you can do most movements but at lighter weights then this division is for you.
Novice( ring rows/snake ups/sit ups/ sto (95/65) If you are doing crossfit to simply improve your health but also want to experience the fun of competition, this is for you. No stress, no expectations, simply to have fun competing against similar skilled folks.
PRIZE PAYOUTS (based on 10 teams each division. If a division does not have 10 teams, then prize money will be adjusted based on # of teams)

** it's important to sign up for your divisions honestly based on your skill level. This way, we can keep the competition fair for everyone. Any team caught sandbagging—registering for a lower division just to win—will be disqualified. Let's all commit to fairness and good sportsmanship**.

Intermediate
200 single unders (min 75 each person)
80 db snatch (45#/30#) 1st 40 reps must be syncro**
70 med ball sit-ups (20#/14#)
60 HRPU
30 burpee box jump overs (24"/20")
20 synchro** db thrusters (45#/30#)
10 chin-up/knee2chest (each rep is one chin-up PLUS one knee 2 chest)

Novice

80 db gto-ground to overhead(35#/20#) 1st 40 reps must be syncro**
70 sit-ups

30 burpee box step overs (24"/20")
20 synchro** db thrusters (35#/20#)
10 jumping chin-up/knee up (each rep is one jumping chin-up(12"above head) PLUS one knee-up)

PART B
4 min cap
For time, Complete 45 reps as a team.
RX- power snatches (135#/95#)
Int- C&J (115#/85#)
Novice- GTO (95#/65#)
Teams can split reps anyway as long as one member working at a time.
Score is finishing time or # of reps completed at 4 mins.
Each team will have 2 scores (part A and part B)
PART A
8 minutes to establish a 1 rep max for each athlete
RX - Power Snatch
Int - Clean & Jerk
Novice- GTO (ground to overhead)
Score is the combined weight of both athletes' heaviest successful lifts. No limits on attempts. Each team will have one female and one male barbell. Can help each other with loading barbells.
Tie breaker will be heaviest indiviual successful lift between the tied teams.
**3 minute rest after Part A and Part B**
AMRAP-5 min cap
BUY IN
Both athletes working same time but different movements. Split reps anyway. Switch as needed.
RX- 40 cal bike 40 C2B
INT -50 cal row 40 pullups
NOVICE- 40 cal row 40 jumping pull ups (12" above head)
Remaining time - max wall balls (one person working/ split reps anyway) Male wallball 20#/ female 14# for RX/ INT. For Novice, male 14# & female 10#
Score is # of wall balls. Tie breaker is Buy In completion time.
Intermediate

Deadlifts (185/125)
after each rd, 50' front rack lunge with 2dbs (45#/30#). 25' and back.
** Athlete 1 starts and must complete set of 9s including the lunge before athlete 2 does rd of 9s. Once athlete 2 finishes rd of 9s, then athlete 1 does rd of 15s and so on. One working, one resting**
Novice

after each rd, 50' walking lunge with 2 dbs (suitcase style 35#/20#) 25' and back
