Ladder Throwdown 2025

Le Ladder Throwdown 2025 est une compétition sans qualifications qui se déroule à CrossFit Ladder au 2 rue Jean Monnet à Wittenheim (68).

The Ladder Throwdown 2025 is a fonctionnal fitness competition with direct qualification held at CrossFit Ladder, 2 rue Jean Monnet, Wittenheim (France).

Format : Equipes de 4 HHFF (2 Hommes & 2 Femmes)

Format : Teams of 4 MMFF (2 Males & 2 Females)

Divisions : Rx / Inter / Masters 35+

Les équipes Masters 35+ doivent etre obligatoirement composées de 4 athlètes ayant 35 révolus au premier jour de compétition.

Masters 35+ teams must be composed of 4 athletes who are 35 years old or older on the first day of competition.

Standards :

• Rx : Worm de 4 @165 kg, cycling clean & Jerk @60/40 kg, cycling snatch @50/35 kg, double-unders, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar pull-ups, bar muscle-ups (2/4), handstand push-ups, handstand walk, dumbbells @22.5/15 kg

• Inter :Worm de 4 @165 kg, cycling clean & jerk @50/35 kg, cycling snatch @40/25 kg, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups (2/4), handstand push-ups avec abmat, wall walks, dumbbells @22.5/15 kg

• Masters 35+ : Worm de 4 @165 kg, cycling clean & jerk @50/35 kg, cycling snatch @40/25 kg, double-unders, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar pull-ups, bar muscle-ups (2/4), handstand push-ups, handstand walk (2/4), dumbbells @22.5/15 kg

Pack athlète : T-shirt, pancarte, surprises et cadeaux partenaires.

Athlete welcome pack : T-shirt, team sign, surprises and partners goodies.

Inscriptions : A partir du Lundi 27 Janvier 2025 à 20h00.

Registration : Starting Monday, January 27th at 8:00 pm.

Politique de remboursement :

L'inscription est définitive et non remboursable en cas d'indisponibilité ou de blessure.

La modification du nom des équipes, des athlètes et de la taille des vêtements est possible jusqu'à la date limite des inscriptions.

Passé cette date, les remplacements seront à effectuer en interne et devront être signalés lors du check-in le premier jour. Ni le nom de team, ni la pancarte, ni les tailles de vêtements ne pourront être modifiés.

Refund policy :

Registration is final and non-refundable in cas of unavailability or injury.

Team names, athletes and clothing sizes modification is possible until the registration due date.

After that date, substitutions need to be performed internally and the team must inform the organization prior or during the check-in. In addition, neither the team name, nor the team sign, nor the clothes sizes can be modified.
