12 Épreuves. 4h de Combat. 1 Finale. Une Légende à écrire.

Bienvenue dans HERCULES XII, un défi hors-normes pour équipes soudées et cerveaux affûtés.
Inspiré des 12 travaux du demi-dieu, cet événement vous mettra face à 12 épreuves uniques, mélangeant force brute, agilité, stratégie et cohésion d’équipe. Le tout, condensé en 4 heures d’intensité, avant de départager les meilleurs dans une finale épique.

Équipes de 2

L’objectif ? Compléter les 12 épreuves en 4h et être le meilleur dans toutes les épreuves.
Chaque épreuve vous rapporte des points. Les 5 meilleures teams accèdent à une finale

Si tu penses que "être fit" c’est plus que faire des thrusters, ce challenge est pour toi.

  • Clean & Jerk - 60 kg (H) | 45 kg (F)
  • Dumbell - 22.5 kg (H) | 15 kg (F)

GYMNASTICS

  • Double Unders (1 Athlete)
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Chest -to-Bar (1 Athlete)
  • Handstand Push-ups (1 Athlete)

Welcome to HERCULES XII, a one-of-a-kind challenge designed for tight-knit teams and sharp minds.
Inspired by the 12 Labors of the demigod himself, this event will push you through 12 unique trials blending brute strength, agility, strategy, and team cohesion — all packed into 4 hours of intensity, before an epic final to crown the best.

  • Classic CrossFit (Fran + Karen)
  • Orienteering
  • Biathlon
  • Acro-yoga
  • Heavy Weightlifting
  • and much more

FORMAT

Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Male/Female

The goal? Complete all 12 challenges in 4 hours and dominate every station.
Each challenge earns you points. The top 5 teams move on to the final battle.

If you believe being "fit" means more than just doing thrusters — this challenge is for you.
