Score 1 – Row (For Time)
• Inician sentados. Finaliza al llegar a 50 cal (H) / 40 cal (M).
• Penalización por tirar el mango: +5 s.
• Configurar en cuenta regresiva: Menú → Entrenamiento → Nuevo → Solo calorías → 50 (H) / 40 (M).
Score 2 – Max Weight Complex
• Complex: 1 Deadlift + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Front Squats.
• Intentos libres; el atleta administra su tiempo.
• El primer peso puede estar armado.
• Se puede bajar peso a la barra.
• Se permite finalizar un complex iniciado antes de los 8 minutos.
Estándares de levantamientos
• Deadlift: extensión completa de rodillas, cadera y codos.
• Hang Squat Clean: parte por encima de las rodillas y termina con extensión completa.
• Front Squat: romper paralelo y extender completamente al final.
• El atleta debe ayudar a acomodar los discos al finalizar.
