Buckle up for the Gone in 60 Minutes showdown, where speed, strength, and strategy collide! This electrifying competition challenges teams of three same-sex athletes to conquer eight workouts in just one hour. It’s not just about who’s the strongest—it’s about who’s the smartest. Outmaneuver your rivals and make every minute count! YOU CHOOSE THE ORDER OF YOUR WORKOUTS!!! Strategy is key for this comp. Arrange the wods in the order that best fits your teams strength and skill levels. SCALED MOVEMENTS PERFORMED DURING THE WORKOUTS WILL HAVE ADJUSTED TIMES AND POINTS.
