Holiday Havoc – November 15th

Get ready to throw down at this year’s Holiday Havoc! This all-day competition brings together Co-Ed Teams of 2 Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions, new this year, we’re adding Masters 45+ Rx and Masters 45+ Scaled divisions!

100% of proceeds from Holiday Havoc proudly support the James Pinka Foundation, an organization dedicated to addiction recovery, offering hope and resources for those seeking a healthier outlet and brighter future.

Spots are limited, so grab your partner, choose your division, and join us for a day of fitness, fun, and giving back to an incredible cause.

9 Minute AMRAP:

2 single arm synchro devils press alt 

10ft single arm db oh lunge walk

Flow:

At 3.2.1 go synchro devils press—>lunge walk and then can share the work on the bar

Check in 7:30am- 8:00am

Athlete Briefing 8:00am-8:45am

Heat 1 warmup 8:45am-9:00am

12 minute clock rotating every 90 s

Partner (1) row

Partner (2) box get overs 48”

All levels except scaled/ scaled masters will jump over 30” box

At 3.2.1 go one partner will start rowing the other will start with jump overs and will swap every 90s until time is over

2 separate scores 1st total meters 2nd total box get overs

Must stop rowing at 0 but roll over meters will count

1 stoh every 2:30 each

2 position clean 2:30 each

3 front squats 2:30 each

All levels

Flow:

at 3.2.1 go the ladies will establish their heaviest lift within a 2:30 clock….followed by the men

you can preload the bars

All lifts from the ground

Lift must be started before 0 but will count if past the timeframe

Score is total weight lifted between both teammates

For Time:

15-12-9-6-3 (partner 1)

3-6-9-12-15 (partner 2)

Thruster 

Ttb

Rx/ intermediate and rx masters 95/65 thruster and ttb

Scaled/ Intermediate and scaled  masters knee raises

Scaled and Intermediate masters 75/55

Scaled masters 65/45

Flow:

At 3.2.1 go partner 1 will complete 15/12/9/6/3 thruster/ ttb followed by partner 2 in the reverse rep scheme

Score is total time

either partner can perform either rep scheme
