About This Competition
24N Fitness & Liverpool St. CrossFit will be hosting a Pairs CrossFit Competition open to all athletes. Teams can be mixed or same-sex.
The competition will consist of three main events, with the top teams progressing to a final workout to determine the winners. All abilities are welcome, as workouts will be scalable to all abilities. All you have to do is bring your A-game on the day!
Prizes will be awarded to the leading teams, and participants can also enjoy complimentary food and Jubel on the day, along with other small giveaways.
This event is designed to challenge fitness, teamwork, and strategy, while providing an inclusive and supportive environment for all competitors.
