About This Competition

A Youth CrossFit Competition for Kids.

There is 3 divisions: 7-9, 10-12 and 13-15 years old. Within each of these divisions there will be RX and scaled options.

The movement standards will be shown prior to completing each workout. There will be 4 workouts over 4 weeks.
