UNBROKEN 2025 is BACK for the 4th year in a row!!

- 4 Person Team (M/M/F/F)

- Rx, Intermediate, Scaled Divisions

- 4 WODs + 1 Floater

- CASH PRIZES for RX division

- Additional prizes for all podium winners and affiliates with most teams entered!

 

Prerequisites:

RX: All CF movements as RX standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.

Intermediate: All CF movements as Intermediate standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.

Scaled: ALL CF movements as Scaled standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.

M/F 2 18/12 cal assault bike

For remainder: Sync bar muscle ups (RX), Chest to bar pull ups (Intermediate), Pull Ups (Scaled)

4:00 - 6:00

M/F 1 16/11 cal assault bike

For remainder: Sync bar muscle ups (RX), Chest to bar pull ups (Intermediate), Pull Ups (Scaled)

6:00 - 8:00

M/F 2 14/10 cal assault bike

For remainder: Sync bar muscle ups (RX), Chest to bar pull ups (Intermediate), Pull Ups (Scaled)

M/F bike at the same time. BMU and Chest to Bar split between any pair. Pull Ups are not synced

Each person completes

1:00 minute max reps dbell alt snatches

1:00 rest

Round 1: 55/40lb (RX), 45/30lb (Intermediate), 30/20lb (Scaled)

Round 2: 65/45lb (RX), 55/40lb (Intermediate), 40/25lb (Scaled)

Round 3: 75/50lb (RX), 65/45lb (Intermediate), 50/35lb (Scaled)

Round 4: 85/60lb (RX), 75/50lb (Intermediate), 60/40lb (Scaled)

(All go at the same time, any snatch variation)

Intermediate: Ab Mat HSPU & 20 Sync Double Unders

Scaled: Handstand hold & 90 Single Unders
