- 4 Person Team (M/M/F/F)
- Rx, Intermediate, Scaled Divisions
- 4 WODs + 1 Floater
- CASH PRIZES for RX division
- Additional prizes for all podium winners and affiliates with most teams entered!
Prerequisites:
RX: All CF movements as RX standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.
Intermediate: All CF movements as Intermediate standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.
Scaled: ALL CF movements as Scaled standards level. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.
