About This Competition

CF Hayward's Rookie Rumble, is a Functional Fitness competition for women and men that have participated in "LESS THAN 10" Functional Fitness competitions. Divisions will not be separated by Rx'd or Scaled, instead, all competitors will compete as Rookies. Men vs Men / Women vs Women.

If you've participated in "LESS THAN 10" scaled comps, this event is for you!
If you complete your gym's WODs as scaled, this event is for you!
If you complete the Open as scaled, this event is for you!
If you are new to the community of Functional Fitness, this event is for you!
*If you''ve participated in multiple Rx'd competitions, this event IS NOT for you!

60ft Overhead Lunges w/Bumper Plate 35/15

60ft Burpee Broad Jumps
